5 Railway connecting Shuoxian and Huang Hua Sea Harbor 366 miles of railway with short-term transportation capacity of 35 million tons per year; project includes construction of three berths at the Huanghua Harbor with handling capacity of 30 million tons per year

6 Railway Construction of Zhejiang to Jianxi Province 586 miles of dual-line construction from Zhuzhou to Hangzhou to increase an additional transportational capacity of 1 0 million tons per year
