1	Digital Telephone Exchangers for Nine Provines and Cities	Import digital exchangers with 760,000 lines (1 25,000 lines for Tianjin and Guangdong each; 120,000 lines for Shanghai and Jiangsu each- 60,000 lines for Harbin, Xian and Zhejiang each,- 50,000 lines for Fujian and 40,000 lines for Changchun) including 31 000 long distance lines
2	Basic facilities for Qingdao City and Huangdao Island	Project includes digital exchanger with 80,000 lines, 53 miles of first class road construction, sewerage treatment facilities with processing capacity of 35,000 tons per year
3	Postoffices in Helongjiang,Hunan, Fujian, Jiangsu Provines and Chongqing City	Project includes digital exchanger with 2 million lines
4	Bureau of Telecommunications Administration, Beijing	Digital exchanger expansion
5	Optical Fiber Communications	Project includes trunk optical fiber lines in the following area- Beijing- Wuhan -Guangzhou; Beijing-Taiyuan- xian
6	Optical Fiber Communications	Project includes trunk optical fiber lines in the following areas- Beijing- Hohhot -Yinchuan -Lianzhou
7	Optical Fiber Communications	Project includes trunk optical fiber lines in the following areas- Fuzhou- Guiyang- Chengdu
